    If you developed a disability or blindness before the age of 26 and are eligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits, or have a signed Diagnosis Form from a licensed physician, you can open a STABLE account.

  • Are gift-givers charged a fee when they contribute through my page?

    It depends on the method of payment they use:  Debit card fees are 2.59% of the contribution + $0.49.  There is no fee for transfers from a bank account (ACH).
